A. How to File a Takedown Request
Send an email to legal@educip.com with:
- Your full name, designation, and institution/company name
- Contact email and mobile number

- A declaration that the information is true and you are authorized to request removal

C. When EduCIP Will Remove Content
- Proven false or unlawfully uploaded
- Copyright infringement
- Court-restricted
- Personal data without consent
- Defamatory without evidence
- Violating Indian IT/IPC laws
D. Blacklist Disclaimer
- Investigation
- Verified evidence
- Repeated complaints
- Official document analysis
If a blacklisted party seeks removal, they must provide counter-evidence, submit clarification, and cooperate with verification. False takedown attempts will be legally actionable.
Jurisdiction
All legal disputes fall under the courts of Kanpur, India.
